Fiberglass Filter Mesh Series

● Fiberglass Filter Cloth is weaved by alkali-free E-glass fiberglass yarn.

High-temperature resistant, flexible, easy to cut and install, lightweight and highly cost-effective.

Effectively removes oxide slag and large inclusions during molten metal pouring, widely used for conventional aluminum and low-medium temperature alloy casting filtration.

● High-silica glass fiber filter net is specially developed for molten Iron and steel filtration.

Made of high‑silica glass fiber material, it features excellent high‑temperature resistance, stable thermal‑shock resistance and good molten‑metal wettability.

When liquid iron or steel flows through the filter net, it can effectively trap and remove inclusions, slag and impurities inside molten steel, greatly improving the internal quality and surface performance of metal castings.

 The product possesses stable chemical‑corrosion resistance at high temperature, does not decompose or shed fibres during casting process, and will not introduce secondary impurities into molten steel.

Available in multiple specifications and weaving structures, it can be customized according to customers' casting‑process requirements.

Ceramic Foam Filter Series

● Adopts three-dimensional reticulated porous structure with excellent deep filtration performance.

● It effectively captures tiny micro-inclusions, optimizes molten metal flow, reduces casting turbulence, and greatly improves finished casting surface quality and mechanical properties.

● Our ceramic foam filters include alumina, silicon carbide, and zirconia materials, adapting to high-temperature working conditions for aluminum, iron, steel, and copper castings.
