Currently we have two plants producing different filtering products, the original one is mainly produced fiberglass material filters, including Hi-temp carbonized fiberglass filtration mesh, cap filter, combo&shunt filter bag, high silica fiberglass filter mesh and other heteromorphic filter mesh, which is located in Luoyang city. The other plant is mainly produced SIC, Alumina, Zirconia ceramic foam filters and honeycomb extruded ceramic filter, which is located in Pingxiang city.
In 2019, as the business grows and in order to provide much better service to our global customers, we set up a company named “Hebei CangChen” responsible for all export business, started to apply, register and export "CANGENDAS" as our trademark, the head office is located in Shijiazhuang city, Hebei province.
After more than ten years’ export experience, we continue to update and iteration, we manufacturing enterprises focusing on casting filtration products, mainly for foundry plants or the own brand importers customize products and provide OEM services.

Fiberglass Production Line
WOVEN FABRIC-Special fiberglass mesh filter is woven by high silica and alkali free fiberglass yarn and woven looms, there are more than 100 sets machines in our factory to ensure the delivery time.
HEAT SETTING-After woven process, fabric mesh is needed to be heat setting in order to keep horizontal and vertical.
COAT RESIN-Then white fabric mesh is needed to be coated with special resin, which can make it tough enough, finally, it will become brown.
CUTTING SHAPE-Cutting is quite important step during the whole process, there are two cutting ways in our factory, one is by machine, the other is laser light. Usually, square and rectangle are cut by machine, round, fan-shape and other heteroideus are cut by laser light.
HIGH-TEMP CARBONIZE-Final step is high temperature carbonization. This is the most important process. The key points are temperature and time. Can’t be more or less and must be absolute precision. There are mature and experienced team in our factory, they are quite familial to control this technology.

Ceramic Production Line
The organic foam with three-dimensional network structure and connected pores is used as the carrier, which is intruded into the thixotropic special ceramic paste, and the special roller extrusion process is adopted to make the ceramic paste evenly spread on the skeleton of the carrier, and then baked by drying and curing.
There are a lot of professional manufacturing equipments and technical team who have many years experience in this field, who are quite familiar with a set of complex product procedures for such ceramic foam filters: cut sponge---batch sizing agent---steep sponge---squeeze out sizing agent---dry material---kiln---cooling---drawing---quality inspection---packing.
