Hebei CangChen delivers high-performance foundry filtration products tailored for metal casting operations worldwide. Our full value chain covers R&D, in-house mass production, global sales, after-sales support and customized technical solutions. We are a well-recognized developer and producer of casting filters for domestic and overseas markets, with robust R&D innovation and custom engineering capabilities for filter production.
We operate two dedicated manufacturing facilities, each built for distinct product lines. Our Luoyang plant focuses on fiberglass-based filtration products: high-temperature carbonized fiberglass filtration mesh, Cap / Hat / Cone / Fan filters, TF Combo Bags, high-silica fiberglass filter mesh for steel / iron / copper, plus other custom-shaped mesh filters. Our second facility in Pingxiang City manufactures Silicon Carbide (SiC), Alumina and Zirconia ceramic foam filters, alongside honeycomb extruded ceramic filters.
As our global footprint continues to grow, we launched trademark registration for CANGENDAS® for export applications in early 2024. Our proprietary trademark enables international buyers to easily identify our products and streamline product evaluation and procurement comparison.
With over a decade of export expertise, we continuously refine our production technology and product performance. As a supplier fully focused on foundry filtration solutions, we serve metal foundries and private-label importers around the world. We also offer flexible OEM customization services for new market entrants building their foundry supply chains. Fiberglass Production Line
WOVEN FABRIC-Special fiberglass mesh filter is woven by high silica and alkali free fiberglass yarn and woven looms, there are more than 100 sets machines in our factory to ensure the delivery time.
HEAT SETTING-After woven process, fabric mesh is needed to be heat setting in order to keep horizontal and vertical.
COAT RESIN-Then white fabric mesh is needed to be coated with special resin, which can make it tough enough, finally, it will become brown.
CUTTING SHAPE-Cutting is quite important step during the whole process, there are two cutting ways in our factory, one is by machine, the other is laser light. Usually, square and rectangle are cut by machine, round, fan-shape and other heteroideus are cut by laser light.
HIGH-TEMP CARBONIZE-Final step is high temperature carbonization. This is the most important process. The key points are temperature and time. Can’t be more or less and must be absolute precision. There are mature and experienced team in our factory, they are quite familial to control this technology.

Ceramic Production Line
The organic foam with three-dimensional network structure and connected pores are used as the carrier, which is intruded into the thixotropic special ceramic paste, and the special roller extrusion process is adopted to make the ceramic paste evenly spread on the skeleton of the carrier, and then baked by drying and curing.
