Crafted from premium high-silica fiberglass yarn with a silica content of minimum 96% SiO₂, our filter mesh adopts professional mock-leno (leno) weaving structure, which delivers stable and tight mesh tension.

● The entire mesh is impregnated and cured with high-temperature refractory resin under high-temperature treatment.
● This specialized coating eliminates loose fiber shedding, lowers gas evolution, and enhances thermal stability under extreme molten metal pouring conditions.
● The finished material features ultra-high softening temperature up to 1700°C, with stable short-term working resistance from 1450°C to 1620°C.
● It maintains complete structural integrity when contacting molten iron and molten copper without melting, burning, or decomposing.
This high-silica fiberglass filter features excellent thermal shock resistance, outstanding ablation resistance, and low gas emission.
It produces no secondary inclusions and will not contaminate molten metal during the entire casting process.
The unique leno woven structure effectively suppresses liquid metal turbulence, stabilizes filling speed, and filters out suspended slags, oxide scales, and fine non-metallic impurities in molten metal.
Compared with ordinary fiberglass mesh, our high-silica mesh avoids fiber peeling, breakage, and residue dropping under long-time high-temperature scouring, ensuring consistent casting yield and surface finish.

We provide three standard industrial mesh apertures for diversified copper and iron casting processes:

Suitable for high-precision ductile iron parts, thin-wall iron castings, and high-grade brass & bronze copper alloy castings. Delivers maximum filtration accuracy for fine slag and micro oxide inclusions.
✅2.0mm × 2.0mm Universal Mesh (Best-selling)
Balanced flow rate and filtration performance. Universally applicable for grey iron, ductile iron, conventional brass and bronze casting. It is the most widely adopted specification for regular foundry production worldwide.
✅2.5mm × 2.5mm Large Mesh
Features ultra-fast molten metal flow throughput. Designed for heavy-weight large iron castings and large-volume copper castings with low slag content, meeting high-speed mold-filling production demands.
Custom shapes and sizes are available, including square sheets, round sheets, and pre-formed filter caps for sprue cup installation.

✅Molten Iron Filtration
Ideal for grey iron, ductile iron, alloy iron, and medium & small steel castings. It effectively reduces casting defects such as slag inclusion, porosity, pinholes, and sand holes, improving internal density and mechanical properties of iron castings.
✅Molten Copper Filtration
Perfect for brass, bronze, and all copper-based alloy casting. It stabilizes molten copper fluidity, eliminates turbulent flow oxidation, removes copper slag and oxide impurities, and significantly improves the surface smoothness and qualification rate of copper castings.
